Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, growth-minded full-time Physical Therapist to join our performance-based team. This is an ideal role for an entry-level clinician who thrives in a one-on-one, client-centered environment focused on long-term outcomes and athletic performance while looking to elevate their growth and skillsets with strong mentorship and exciting treatment opportunities. You will work with active individuals, runners, and fitness-forward clients who are motivated to move and perform better — not just reduce pain.

Innovative techniques such as dry needling, cupping, joint manipulation, and video movement analysis.
Responsibilities
-
Evaluate, treat, and manage clients with orthopedic and performance needs
-
Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
-
Educate clients on injury prevention, performance, and recovery strategies
-
Maintain clear documentation using PT Everywhere (EMR system)
-
Collaborate with our team for mentorship, case reviews, and client success
-
Participate in workshops, community outreach, and educational events
Qualifications
-
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
-
Florida PT License (or eligibility upon hire)
-
Strong interest in working with runners, athletes, and active adults with optional pelvic floor mentorship
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Open to learning and implementing manual therapy, dry needling, and performance-based rehab strategies
-
Dry needling certification preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)
Location & Schedule

Primary clinic: Orlando (initially)

Opportunity to rotate to Winter Garden as caseload builds
-
Flexible weekday schedule (some evenings may be required)
