"I had never considered PT before given my younger age, but I wish I had. I was in terrible pain and had tried exercises I found online. I couldn't sleep and lost most of the exercise I could do like I had previously. The dry needling and increased load of exercises were exactly what I needed and I am now on a good track to recovery. Dr. Austin Jackson and Dr. Megan Ford worked together to meet my schedule so I was able to keep on track and improve each session. Simply being able to get up and stand without pain has given me my sanity and life back."

What Orlando Runners Are Saying About Core Values PT

"I came in barely functional, and Megan and the team completely turned things around for me. I'm back to being active again, and I had such good results that I recommended to both of my kids to have success here. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares. You have to try the dry needling! Highly recommend!"

Jonathan Bodnar

"I've been recently diagnosed with mild Achilles tendinitis and have been working with Dr. Austin at the Core Values office in Orlando. The dry needling combined with some training mechanics work has been fantastic and I was able to notice results right away during a local 5K. I've also had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Megan and Dr. Rebecca as fill ins, and the consistency in care was beyond excellent. I'm on my way to returning to pain free running and it would be possible without Core Values!"

Heather Randall

"Had great experience with Core Values Physical Therapy in the city of Orlando. Dr. Austin was awesome. I went in for knee pain and help with preventing pain for running. Some interventions that helped included Dry needling and squat exercises. I remember going into one session limping and leaving walking normally. Dr. Austin is very knowledgeable and he provided excellent treatment solutions. Also the office atmosphere was pleasant and his coworkers treated me with kindness."

Frequently Asked Questions

What is gait analysis and how does it help runners?

Gait analysis is a detailed assessment of your running mechanics. We use video analysis and biomechanical testing to identify inefficiencies, imbalances, or movement patterns that may be causing pain or limiting your performance. Once we understand how you move, we create a personalized plan to correct issues and help you run more efficiently.

How long does a gait analysis take?

Your initial gait evaluation typically takes 60–75 minutes. This includes a thorough movement assessment, running analysis, and a discussion of your personalized treatment plan.

Do I need a referral to get gait analysis in Orlando?

No! Florida is a direct access state, which means you can see a physical therapist without a physician referral. Just give us a call and we'll get you scheduled.

How soon will I see results?

Most of our patients experience significant pain reduction within just two visits. Depending on your specific condition and goals, you may need several weeks of treatment and retraining to fully optimize your running mechanics.

Do you accept insurance?

(Note: Insurance information was not provided in the research document. Please confirm whether you accept insurance or are cash-based, and I'll update this answer accordingly.)
