What Makes Our Lake Nona Run Club Different

At Core Values Physical Therapy, we believe running is more than just exercise—it’s a lifestyle. That’s why we created the Lake Nona Run Club, a supportive, energetic community built around shared passion, better performance, and injury-free movement.

Unlike casual running groups, our Lake Nona Run Club is guided by licensed physical therapists and movement specialists who understand what runners need to thrive. Whether you’re just starting your running journey or training for a PR, you’ll get more than camaraderie—you’ll get coaching, movement support, and injury prevention guidance backed by real science.

Our club isn’t just about miles. It’s about making each mile better. We focus on improving your mechanics, increasing your endurance, and supporting you through every stage of your running journey. Plus, our runs are structured for all levels—from beginner-friendly jogs to faster-paced training runs—so everyone feels welcome.

As part of the Lake Nona running community, we’re proud to lead a club that’s just as committed to long-term health as it is to pace and distance. Looking for a Lake Nona run club near me that feels like family and helps you run smarter? You just found it.

How We Help Athletes Train Smarter and Recover Faster

At Core Values Physical Therapy, our Lake Nona Run Club goes beyond group miles—it’s built to help you become a stronger, more resilient runner. We combine the energy of a traditional run club with the expertise of our physical therapy team to help you train smarter and bounce back quicker.

Every week, runners in our Lake Nona Run Club benefit from guided warmups, cool-down techniques, and on-site access to movement experts who are there to catch early signs of overuse or imbalances. Instead of waiting for pain to slow you down, we help you stay proactive—reducing injury risk before it ever becomes a setback.

We offer insights on form, stride efficiency, cadence, mobility, and recovery, all tailored to your body and your goals. Whether you’re prepping for a local 10K or simply want to keep up with your kids without hip or knee pain, our team ensures you’re moving with purpose.

This is one of the only run clubs in Lake Nona where you can get tips from licensed physical therapists while you train. No guesswork. Just support, education, and real-time feedback that helps you recover faster and run farther.

So if you’re looking for a run club near me that keeps you accountable while keeping you healthy, Core Values is where performance meets prevention—every step of the way.

Why Lake Nona Runners Choose Our Club

Runners in Lake Nona are a dedicated bunch—and they deserve a run club that matches their passion. That’s why so many locals choose the Lake Nona Run Club powered by Core Values Physical Therapy. We’re more than a group of people logging miles. We’re a community focused on progress, connection, and sustainable movement.

Unlike traditional running groups, our club offers direct access to physical therapists who understand running from both a medical and performance standpoint. That means whether you're battling recurring shin splints, managing an old ankle injury, or just want to fine-tune your form, you’ll have expert support right at your side.

Our runners range from weekend warriors and marathoners to first-time 5Kers and high school athletes. But what they all share is a desire to improve—and a trust in us to help them do it safely.

What keeps people coming back? The results. Runners feel stronger. They recover faster. They stay healthier. And most importantly, they stay connected—to their goals and to a supportive crew that makes running in Lake Nona more fun and rewarding than ever.

If you’re searching for a Lake Nona run club near me that offers more than just a social jog, you’ve found your tribe. Come run with us—and experience the difference movement-minded coaching can make.
