Prenatal Physical Therapy in Orlando, FL

Pain Isn't Part of the Deal

People come to us during pregnancy when they're dealing with pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, or a core that doesn't feel steady anymore. At our Orlando clinic on Hoffner Ave, we find what's actually driving your symptoms, then build a plan around it, one-on-one, for a full 55 minutes every session.

You Were Told This Is Just Part of Being Pregnant. It Isn't.

Pain That Started Now Won't Just Disappear

Pregnancy pain isn't something to just push through. It's a sign your body needs support.

Told to "Just Take It Easy"

Resting alone won't build the strength your changing body needs each trimester.

Worried About What Happens After Birth

What you do in pregnancy shapes your postpartum recovery. Waiting means starting further behind.

What Makes Us Different

Root-Cause Care Through Every Trimester

Pregnancy changes how your core, pelvic floor, hips, and posture work together, and those shifts don't stop after your first trimester. We assess how these systems are functioning right now, then build a plan that keeps you strong and comfortable as your body changes, whether that means addressing pain, preparing for labor, or setting up an easier postpartum recovery.

Pregnancy-Safe Movement Assessment

We assess your posture, core function, and movement patterns to find what's driving your pain, then adjust your plan as your pregnancy progresses.

Pelvic Floor and Core Coordination

We train your pelvic floor and core to work together under the real demands of pregnancy, from daily movement to labor prep.

A Plan That Grows With You

Your plan adjusts trimester by trimester, so you stay active and supported from early pregnancy through delivery and beyond.

Common Challenges We Solve

How Prenatal Symptoms Usually Show Up

Every pregnancy is different, but these are the patterns we see most often at our Orlando clinic.

Round ligament pain with sudden movement or position changes

Sciatica-like pain radiating into the hip or leg

A core that feels disconnected or unstable as your belly grows

Rib or diaphragm tightness affecting breathing late in pregnancy

Uncertainty about which exercises are safe to continue

Wanting a plan in place before delivery to support postpartum recovery

Amazing team. Rebecca, Megan, & Austen amazing. Feel so much better after only a few weeks of work. Love the individualized care & being heard as a person. This is the second time I turned to Core Values PT for care. Each time everyone has treated me like I was their most valued patient. I would not choose to go anywhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers about prenatal physical therapy at our Orlando clinic.

Do I need a referral to start prenatal PT?

No. Florida is a direct access state, so you can start prenatal physical therapy without a physician referral first. Book a free discovery call to talk through your symptoms and confirm we're the right fit before your first evaluation begins.

Is it safe to do physical therapy while pregnant?

Yes. Prenatal physical therapy is safe throughout pregnancy when your program is designed around your trimester, symptoms, and clearance from your OB. We adjust every session as your body changes, focusing on comfort, stability, and preparing you for delivery and recovery.

What can prenatal PT help with?

We work with pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, round ligament pain, core and pelvic floor coordination, and safe exercise modification through each trimester of pregnancy. Every plan is built around your symptoms, activity level, and how your pregnancy is progressing.

Do you accept insurance?

We're a cash-based clinic and don't bill insurance directly. This gives you a full 55 minutes one-on-one with your physical therapist every session. We accept cash, HSA, and FSA, and provide superbills you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Is prenatal PT available in Orlando?

Yes. Our Orlando clinic is located on Hoffner Ave, just north of the airport, convenient to Lake Nona and southeast Orlando. Book a free discovery call to talk through your symptoms and confirm we're the right fit before your first evaluation.
