Sports Physical Therapy in Orlando, FL

Train Hard. We'll Keep You Moving.

You put in the work. You shouldn't lose months to an injury that keeps coming back. We treat athletes the same way we approach our own training: find the root cause, keep you moving, and build a plan that holds up when the season starts.

You've Been Managed, Not Fixed. That's Why It Keeps Coming Back.

The Injury Comes Back Every Training Cycle

Rest masks the problem. Without a root-cause diagnosis, the same injury waits for your next training block.

Generic Exercises That Don't Match Your Sport

Band work and ice won't fix what's driving your pain. You need a plan built around how your body actually moves.

A Provider Who Has Never Trained Like You

If your PT doesn't understand your sport's demands, they'll treat you like a general patient. We're athletes. We get it.

What Makes Us Different

Care Built Around Your Sport, Not Around Your X-Ray

Traditional PT gives you a generic protocol. We start by understanding your training, your goals, and what your sport actually demands. Then we build a plan around all three, so you're not just recovering, you're preparing to perform.

Root-Cause Diagnosis

We assess movement, load tolerance, and sport-specific patterns to find the real cause. Treatment targets that cause, so the injury doesn't reset with every training cycle.

One-on-One, Every Session

No techs, no rotating staff. Every 55-minute session is one-on-one with your PT, focused on your injury, your sport, and your return-to-training timeline.

Sport Stays in Your Plan

We don't bench you. We modify where needed and build sport-specific progressions into every phase of care so you're always moving toward your goal, not just waiting to feel better.

Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers about sports physical therapy at Core Values PT.

Do I have to stop training during PT?

No. Keeping you moving is the point. We build your care plan around your training schedule and use sport-specific progressions so you're maintaining fitness while you recover. In most cases, complete rest makes things worse, not better.

Is this covered by insurance?

We're a cash-based clinic, which means you pay directly rather than through insurance. We accept HSA and FSA, provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and can work with letters of protection. No physician referral is required in Florida.

What makes this different from PT I've tried before?

Most PT clinics share time between a PT and support staff. At Core Values, every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist for the full 55 minutes. We also diagnose from the root cause, not a symptom checklist, so the plan is built specifically for you and your sport.

Do I need a referral to start?

No. Florida is a direct access state, which means you can come directly to us without a physician referral. You can start with a free 15-minute discovery call to talk through what's going on before committing to anything.

Do you work with recreational athletes, or only competitive ones?

Both. We work with competitive CrossFit and HYROX athletes, marathon runners, and weekend warriors who take their training seriously. You don't have to be a professional to get the same standard of care.

Still have questions?
