Strength Training for Runners in Orlando, FL

The Missing Piece in Your Training Plan

Most physical therapy falls short of true strength and conditioning, leaving you at risk for recurring injuries. This DPT led program fills the gaps in your training before they turn into injuries that pull you off the road.

Running Without Strength Work Is Just Waiting for the Next Injury.

The Same Injury, Every Training Block

Runners who skip strength training cycle through overuse injuries. The weaknesses never get fixed.

Generic Gym Programs That Ignore Running Demands

Standard gym programming isn't built for runners. Bulking the wrong muscle groups can make injury patterns worse.

Injured While Lifting, or Afraid to Start

Adding load to a compromised movement pattern creates new problems. A DPT-coached start changes that.

What Makes Us Different

Strength Designed for How Runners Actually Move

We don't pull from a generic template. Every program is built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who understands running mechanics, injury patterns, and what it takes to build a durable training base.

Working with the team at Core Values has been incredibly informative and a life changing experience! As a former competitive weightlifter and powerlifter, transitioning to long distance running, their expertise has been pivotal to my start into the sport. Learning to adapt my form, indentify deficiencies, strengthen in new ways, and most importantly improve resiliency toward injury, has been just as fulfilling as growing stronger in weight training. I highly recommend their services!

Coming to Core Values has been a great experience. I was looking for physical therapy that felt like personal training, and that's exactly what I'm getting. Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Daniel have helped me rebuild my strength and confidence in my body after a surgery. I'm getting support for healing the physical problem, my overall fitness goals, and the mental side of recovery. It's making a huge difference for me.
